We are seeking a Professional Services Leader for the Asset Management and Alternatives business. This is an immediate opportunity for a strong business and operations leader to build, transform and scale a global professional services business in our asset management and alternatives vertical. This is a role for a proven industry leader who possesses the aspiration and drive to build a game-changing business model and make a major contribution to the future of our global asset management and alternatives business.


Position Responsibilities:


• Drive the adoption of standardization, accelerate delivery and identify revenue growth opportunities through service innovation.

• Drive evolution throughout the Asset Management and Alternatives model, leveraging established global standards, ensuring conformity, and upgrading the delivery experience for our clients.

• Provide strategic thought leadership to clients and to internal product and sales teams within asset management, alternatives and the global professional services practice.

• Work with customers in solving complex problems, from the Front office to the Back office, where we support industry participants in a range of area such as accounting, transfer agency, corporate actions, reconciliation and digital channel solutions through our industry leading platforms such as InvestOne, Investran, Data Exchange, Rainmaker, VPM, IntelliMatch and XSP to name a few.

• Build a high performing team by creating a work environment where individuals and teams can achieve peak performance through the attraction, development and engagement of the best and the brightest.

• Lead the roll-out of best practices around project management, performance metrics, utilization and delivery in an organization which was centralized into one global team during the last year.

• Collaborate/partner with the broader FIS Solution Delivery and executive professional service teams across the Groups and geographies to build synergies and seize opportunities.

• Partner with the sales organization in the construction of campaigns, and in providing hands-on support for new business opportunities, to strengthen the pipeline and maximize in-year revenue.

• Develop and/or champion initiatives that focus on bringing innovation in the form of new services, identifying opportunities for existing offerings in new markets, or generating more revenue from existing offerings and third-party alliance partnerships with external consulting firms.


What you bring:


The successful candidate must have a transformational track record as a Professional Services leader with experience in the asset management software industry. This individual will have a history of managing the growth of client relationships and generating outstanding and sustainable business performance. This executive will have proven his/her ability to execute flawlessly and drive/motivate others around him/her to do the same. Success in this role will be determined by the individual’s track-record of building sustainable and exponential business growth over an extended period of time.

Commercial Acumen & Strategy:

• Excellent strategic thinking skills coupled with a track record of successful transformational leadership.

• Experience with selling and proven ability to grow revenue streams profitably.

• Exceptional analytical skills. Has a strong external focus on customer, competitor, regulatory & marketplace trends, especially in the asset management space.

• Exhibits a passion for the customer, ability to prioritize and retain focus, execute relentlessly, experiment and drive innovation.

• Strong problem-solving ability, and practical experience in delivering complex solutions in a fast-moving business landscape. Adaptability in pressure situations, and empathy for clients and staff.
