Actively partner with the senior technology leaders in the Tech Center to understand the site-wide hiring plan

Directly lead a small team of recruiters including performance development and measures, req volume, coaching, etc.

Partner with Technology leaders, Recruiting Line Of Business Lead, Recruiters and HR Business Partners to deliver on Global Technology’s broader strategic priorities within the Tech Center

Regularly meet with technology management to discuss and progress recruiting plans, report on current recruiting efforts, and share competitor intelligence

Create recruiting strategy and calendar of events to meet the hiring demands and increase diversity

Develop and execute robust market outreach strategies across multiple supply channels including diversity, military, boot camps, event sponsorship and employee referrals

Developing external networks to understand new hiring practices, market intelligence and trends in the industry to improve the recruiting approach

Establish key external relationships with professional organizations, meet-up groups, andcommunity entities to bolster the overall talent pipeline

Tracking and reporting on return on investment (ROI) for all events

Contributing to overall technology recruiting function, including oversight for specific work streams or projects

Potentially carry a small number of select roles

Required Skills

Significant recruiting experience that includes directly supporting a technology organization requiring considerable partnership with senior business stakeholders

Prior success delivering talent pipelines and market intelligence for technology groups

Experience influencing outcomes and individuals without direct oversight of resources

Ability to deploy solutions that go beyond traditional methods in order to build a robust, scalable and sustainable pipeline of top quality talent

Project management capabilities with the ability to create and manage project plans to completion

Demonstrated ability to interact with all levels of technology leaders, recruiting and HR partners, and candidates

Ability to work independently in a dynamic matrixed environment of change, multiple deadlines and shifting priorities

Excellent communication skills and adaptable style
