Your role is to be marketing ambassador for Fidelity’s line of investment products and solutions designed to help clients live a comfortable life in retirement.

The Expertise You Have

Minimum of 10+ years of marketing experience

Bachelors and/or Masters degree

Financial services background required

Proven understanding of the retirement landscape

Experience bringing large, cross-functional teams together

Comfort working in a dynamic environment with a willingness to adapt

Ability to influence and establish relationships

Strategic thinker, with the ability to connect the dots

Individually owning the go-to-market strategy and planning for Fidelity’s investment product and solutions designed for retirement.

Leading the development of investment capability messaging in partnership with product and portfolio management teams

Developing compelling positioning that differentiates Fidelity’s investment products and solutions from our competitors to meet business goals and influence buying decisions

Designing and delivering marketing programs that deepen plan sponsor and participants’ knowledge of Fidelity’s investment philosophy, process and value in helping investors meet their retirement goals

Partnering with distributions channels to build content that helps to acquire and retain clients

Collaborating with marketing partners across the organization to ensure accuracy and consistency of investment messaging

Measuring messaging effectiveness to increase content engagement
