Role:

Responsible for creation of the next set of client references in the NA BFSI market, and take the organization to the next level

Define and lead a named list of accounts

Be the ‘ambassador’ of CAST to assigned prospects and work with CAST SME’s and Leadership to identify, qualify, progress opportunities to closure

Ideal Prerequisites:

Thrives on dealing with making the complicated simple and addressing business pains relevant to Software Intelligence tech by CAST

Knowledge and experience selling complex technical solutions into IT organizations of Financial Services, Banking and Insurance companies in the Forbes 1000

Experience selling to Tier 1 and 2 companies in the Retail Banking and Investment Banking space

Experience within leading NA BFSI industry accounts

Experience leading business sales in both Software and Services

An understanding of Application Design Management (ADM) practices and processes

Ability to develop productive C-level relationships
