The VP Sales will be responsible for developing and executing all key sales strategies, tactics and plans, including identification, qualification, pursuit and capture of new business opportunities, required to achieve ambitious customer acquisition and growth objectives.


The ideal candidate excels at both strategic leadership and hands-on implementation of sales tactics. The candidate has excellent communication skills and proven success building customer relationships for tech companies in the digital media spaces, AI, SaaS.


RESPONSIBILITIES


Develop and execute strategic plans and processes to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.

Own and maintain the business forecasts, hitting/exceeding sales targets.

Develop Client Engagement Plans with clear objectives for all customer calls and visits.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.

Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.

Build and lead a large the Sales team.

Design and review the Sales department’s budget.


REQUIREMENTS


Over 5 years’ experience as VP Sales selling to cooperation, enterprises or retailers.

Experience in AI, data and video technologies - advantage

Proven track record and rolodex with enterprise companies.

Proven sales track record, consistently meeting/exceeding targets.

Experience in selling SaaS products.

Strong communication and leadership ability, excellent business acumen.

Demonstrated success in both strategic and tactical selling.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Passion, Integrity, and Energy.
