The position is responsible for building and managing a North EMEA based remote sales team, developing pipeline and closing net new logo opportunities. The VP of Enterprise Sales plans and directs all net new logo sales activities for N&W EMEA, including planning and implementing forecasts, developing policies as well as staffing and training. Specific responsibilities include:


Manages a team tasked with selling into named prospects in an assigned region to achieve or exceed assigned quota

Establishes short and long term financial targets and quotas that are in line with overall corporate objectives

Knowledgeable of LivePerson’s entire product suite

Spends a significant amount of time, in the field, directly interacting with clients and coaching our Enterprise Sales Team

Coordinates account resources with representatives from marketing, pre-sales engineering, deployment as well as other subject matter experts

Familiarity and comfort with regularly managing forecast/pipeline using CRM system (Salesforce.com). Maintains sales records and prepares sales reports on a weekly basis

Directly responsible for ensuring that our sales process is followed consistently to ensure predictable results across all individual contributors

Continually monitors and adjusts to competitive activities within region and maintains an active pulse on the general business climate

You are an elite salesperson that your team respects. You are able to coach your team to achieve greatness far beyond their own expectations of themselves

You have deep sales leadership experiences, including at least 7+  of direct team management experience in an Enterprise Sales. Selling into specific vertical industries (Telecommunications, Retail, Financial Services, Transportation and Logistics, etc.) is preferred.

You have a highly consultative sales background with influential communication skills that enables you and your teams to develop and close new customers/prospects

You are intimately familiar with how the Digital, Call Center, Marketing, IT and procurement process works within Fortune 1,000 accounts

You thrive in selling to the C-suite & Senior Manager level decision makers, and you're energized by training your teams in selling to senior decision makers (actual Mobilzers)

You can think and act on not only a tactical but also a strategic level both with prospects as well as within LivePerson

You observe ethical behavior at all times, leading by example

You have a proven track record of developing and closing seven figure transactions and mentoring teams so that they can as well

You have a proven history of exceeding sales quotas and ensuring your team does as well

You know how to partner both inside and outside LivePerson and mentor your team to do so as well

You are relentless in your drive to personal, team, and company success

You have a ’s  in a relevant field.  strongly preferred.

You have excellent business data analysis and modeling expertise

You have the ability to plan and carry out responsibilities with minimal direction
