The Vice President of Sales for Amazon is an exciting opportunity for a proven ecommerce sales leader to become a driving force behind Keurig Dr Pepper’s continued ecommerce revenue and share growth.It will be this individual’s responsibility to manage the Amazon customer strategy and relationship, direct the local KDP sales team and deliver the annual operating plan.This leader should have the interpersonal skills to build strong cross functional partnerships and the integrity to foster a team environment aligned to the overall company values and culture.


The Vice President will leverage strategic planning and effective resource allocation to ensure proper alignment of corporate objectives and team prioritization across our multiple categories of business on Amazon.While this role is charged with setting an aggressive growth plan it must also support rational and coherent ecommerce selling practices.Given the visibility and interest this customer generates, the vice president will also function as an Amazon guide and advocate throughout the broader company.


She/he will oversee a team comprised of Team Leads, Analysts, and Strategic Account Managers, among others.Beyond the traditional commercial objectives of revenue, share and profit, this Vice President is also accountable for the Keurig Dr Pepper brand representation on Amazon.Ensuring that our brands are presented correctly will entail working with marketing and ecommerce matrix partners on various digital shelf activities. These activities range from copy and imagery optimization to organic search and paid search performance.In addition this role will require a leader with strong process and analytical skills required to address the challenges of selling across multiple Amazon platforms including Vendor and Seller, Pantry, Prime Now and Amazon Fresh.Team success will require a culture of executional precision, dynamic prioritization and creative problem solving. This individual will also be responsible for developing an ecommerce talent pipe-line of future succession candidates within the organization.

·Mentor all direct reports and maintain an energetic, forward-thinking, professional environment


·Build a culture of innovation by driving knowledge and best practice throughout the organization


·Work cross-functionally to develop internal partnerships with other key functional disciplines to ensure company resources are focused to maximize marketplace opportunities


·Drive profitable ecommerce growth by working cross-functionally to implement new product and marketing strategies tailored to the online opportunity


·Marshall significant trade, advertising and merchandising resources to most efficiently achieve desired outcomes of the annual operating plan


·Constantly challenge the status quo and drive prudent risk taking that results in cultivating, delivering and executing new ideas and innovation to accelerate business performance


·Analyze results achieved against objectives and initiate action to optimize performance


·Anticipate changes in the marketplace and modify strategies to accommodate those changes


·Hold sales team accountable and serve as an energetic leader and champion for Keurig Dr Pepper


·Develop an organizational succession plan to establish a management talent pipeline for future growth opportunities


Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:


·Ten years of sales, marketing or ecommerce experience with at least five years in leadership roles


·At least three years of experience with Amazon, either selling to Amazon or working at Amazon


·Proven track record of delivering planned objectives, penetrating senior levels of Amazon and developing talent for the organization


·Ability to create and lead processes that resolve complexity and drive prioritized team behaviors


·Strategic thinker; creative problem solver able to turn strategy into action


·Multi-disciplinary career path is preferred; prior brand marketing, finance or supply chain experience are of particular value


·Demonstrated ability to evaluate, plan, implement and influence change throughout the organization to ensure superior customer results


·Strong demonstrated track record of problem solving and priority setting, interpreting data to identify problems, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions to create a successful business plan


·Proven success delivering exceptional business results in a collaborative business environment


·Change agent with the ability to maintain relationships internally and externally at all levels within a company through change and transformation


·Hands-on leader able to lead, manage and motivate a leading sales organization and inspire trust, confidence and respect
