The Vice President, Solution Sales is responsible for meeting the company objectives within the Unified Administration Solution set. The VP is responsible for developing strategic sales plans based on company goals that will promote sales growth and customer satisfaction for the organization.  


Responsibilities


Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:


• Builds, develops and leads sales team responsible for achieving commercial goals

• Participates, leads, and guides customer commercial discussions and contract negotiations

• Guides Solutions Leadership Team responsible for strategic product and commercial goals

• Works cross-functionally in parallel sales organization with account management team as well as customer success

• Demonstrates Passion, Accountability, Curiosity and Teamwork in their work and leadership

• Executes against CRO tactical plan, recommends sales strategies for improvement based on market research and competitor analyses.

• Ensures communications are coordinated, supports sales plan objectives and meets organizational expenditure requirements

• Leverages data and analysis to guide business decisions

• Performs other related duties as assigned


Qualifications


Qualifications include:


• Bachelor's Degree

• Advanced Degree or Sales Credentials preferred

• 10-15 years' sales management experience in business-to-business SaaS

• 5+ years managing front-line sales management in addition to quota bearing sales

• Experience with Change Management, Consulting, Product Management preferred

• Understanding of K12 Ed Tech landscape preferred
