ADP is hiring a VP Strategic Advisory Services, to support the GES Sales organization by providing engaging communications strategies and materials to help differentiate ADP in the marketplace.Facilitates change management and process design based on both internal and external factors, working to optimize effectiveness and efficiencies within HCM Services.
Via white papers, social media, public speaking engagements, and other efforts, builds ADP’s profile/brand as a provider of world class services. Works heavily with the GES Sales organization is providing Communications Strategies and Materials to help differentiate ADP in the Marketplace
Responsibilities will include;
Rapidly produce and design unique and creative client communications concepts for sales engagements and finalist meetings working with graphic design resources
Team player who can partner with other Strategic Advisory Services team members to deliver creative content for client deliverables and thought leadership engagements
Hands on development of creative and unique copy for a variety of communications materials
Ability to partner with third-party or other graphic design resource and provide clear art direction
Must be an Agile thinker, creative, good listening skills with the ability to flex to rapid requests and quick turnaround times
Confident and comfortable working directly with senior sales associates and clients, strong written and verbal communications skills
Experience in supporting broad change management and communications efforts
Domain expertise in human capital management; experience working with large, complex, multi-national employers across a variety of industries a plus
Drawing on broad and deep domain expertise, industry connections, and knowledge of current market trends, provides both internal and external thought leadership and direction to maximize effectiveness of ADP’ Services.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Conducts client studies, publishing results as case studies, best practice job aids, and sales/marketing tools that promote ADP’s solutions and value proposition as a benefit services provider.
Insures an effective multi-disciplinary approach to managing changes impacting ADP’s HCM Solutions offerings. May facilitate change efforts in response to legal/regulatory events, technology/platform shifts, acquisitions, and/or changes in organizational structure.
Utilizes client data, operational metrics, and other key data to continuously optimize internal operations, driving increasing levels of productivity/profitability, client retention, and referenceability. Consults with operational partners to develop processes that maximize the client/participant experience, compliantly, and with high degrees of operational efficiency.
Drawing on substantial domain expertise, industry connections, and knowledge of current market trends, builds Benefits brand via clear, consistent thought leadership and editorial on behalf of HCM Solutions. Creates white papers, industry articles, and presentations. Delivers industry presentations, including keynote speeches in relevant HCM venues. Conducts client/prospect road shows.
In conjunction with Sr Director, Analytics and Forecasting, utilizes data (both internal and external) to help clients promote wellness strategies, minimize benefits costs, and maximize the value of outsourced services
Partners with Sales and Marketing to create effective and reusable tools and collateral for use with associates, prospects, partners, and industry contacts. Provides prospect-specific support throughout various stages of the sales process.
Works with analytics and technology resources to create and deliver effective reporting tools to support clients, relationship/account management teams, ADP leadership, as well as the broker community. Insures that targeted audiences understand how to maximize benefits of delivered reports.
Works with analytics and/or technology resources to develop powerful, easy-to-use templates for year-end client reporting.
Bachelors degree required, Masters preferred
Advertising experience preferred
Prior hands on strategic communication experience working directly with senior associates with clients.
Ability to build your own brand, especially with ADP Sales.
Strong consulting background with consulting firm experience preferred
Deep understanding of the HCM Solutions, including key technologies, processing dynamics, service and financial models.
Ability to communicate complex, technical information to less technical audiences with high degrees of clarity and engagement.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key industry and regulatory leaders.
