Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels. 


Responsibilities


Manage the Self- Service Banking (SSB) Operations & Support functions 


Manage the operational efficiency of the Team and ensure all core tasks of the Team are completed within the allocated SLA 


Ensure the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) is up-to-date and reflect changes in process and shared to the staff.


Work closely with the Service Delivery Management Team to ensure the contract terms are internalised into SOP and adequate operational measures and tracking metrics are in place


Review the accuracy of the break resolution and ensure follow-up on recovery is done on timely 


Establish a proactive approach towards managing key operational risks via timely identification, prioritization and tracking of risk reduction programs. 


Identify areas for improvement opportunities on workflows, procedure and system to better managed controls and overall streamlining the process.


Provide and maintain accurate and up-to-date monthly KRI data and to ensure timely reporting with appropriate commentary. 


Ensure accurate and timely submission of the risk incident reports and all preventive measure are closely tracked and closed satisfactorily. 


Active participation of the key projects relating to SSB Ops & Support Team


Requirements


Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years' experience in Operational Risk / Audit / Controls within Financial Services industry.


Familiarity with Consumer Banking Operations will be an advantage.


Excellent communication skills and ability to engage various stakeholders.


Self-starter and ability to multi-task.


Good analytical and writing skills.


Ability to work independently, with strong planning and organization skills.
