The core areas of responsibility include:


Set up & develop the Transformation Advisory Services practice with global presence


Collaborate with Firstsource clients to transform their operations into digital operations using machine first principles to enable revenue growth through transformation services


Evangelise, design and define transformation ideas in the areas of Digital Operations with a view of creating propositions, methodologies & frameworks


Work with Firstsource Digital Transformation delivery teams to deliver on solutions offered or created


Build and maintain partnerships with third party Technologies, Platforms and Tool providers to enhance Firstsource solutions offerings using process reengineering, automation and other relevant digital interventions  


Manage analysts’ relationships to build appropriate brand image and present thought leadership across digital transformation and industry specific points of view


The individual will be a visionary, with an ability to strategize & partner seamlessly with internal & external stakeholders.


Roles & Responsibilities:


Establish market facing Transformation Advisory Services practice

Partner with in-market teams & Vertical Leaders to identify, develop and give shape and structure to digital transformation opportunities for FSL clients in Healthcare, BFSI and T&M domain


Develop go to market strategies for key accounts working alongside in-market FSL teams and vertical leaders


Identify opportunities where FSL can support its clients to help them digitise operations


Build appropriate digital solutions keeping ever changing clients’ needs, technology and machine first principles in mind.


Partner with relevant client(s) connects to drive digital operations in respective organizations


Execution oversight on transformational engagements and expansion of customer programs


Work closely with the Digital Transformation delivery teams to bridge the streams of design to delivery


Provide strategic transformational solutions for clients to increase wins (top line) through Process Analysis and assessments towards automation and other appropriate digital solutions to enable Digitisation of operations


Use skill and judgment to influence and engage with senior stakeholders across the organization to put forward compelling business cases and drive transformational change across service lines, sectors, areas and market segments.


Have a passion to identify technological breakthroughs, shifting market demands, changing competitive strategies in Digital space and present ideas on these concepts to senior stakeholders internal and client.


Identify suitable technologies / solutions to support market changes and relevant partners to support the solutions / requirements


Create brand image and thought leadership across digital transformation and industry specific points of view


Manage analysts’ relationships

Manage, mentor, and grow a team with global presence to evangelize digitised operations principles


Lead and inspire a team of digital transformation professionals, and mentor them on best practices on relevant offerings


Champion a culture of high standards, push for progress, embrace change and challenge the status quo in support of organization’s vision and global strategy


Manages differences across and between customer groups to develop shared goals and approaches


Has the ability to make independent decisions with limited inputs from Chief Digital Officer

 

Qualifications

Experience


Critical:


20-25+ years’ experience in IT/ITES industry with 7-10 years’ experience in a leadership role in Digital Transformation / Business Consulting

Proven experience in leading Digital Transformation functions for a multi-geography large-sized organization (Preferable experience in BFSI, T&M and HC domains)

Experience in third party services organisations in the Business Transformation Domain

Experienced in leading Process Excellence / Process Reengineering teams

Experience of managing large scale change initiatives

Experience of working with internal stakeholders (client teams, wider services organizations) and clients to shape, develop and execute propositions


Know-How


Critical:


Graduate/Post Graduate in Business / Strategic Transformation Management from a Premier Institute

Domain expertise in Business Transformation and Operations

Understanding of external market dynamics/changing trends

Financial management and understanding of BPO operations


Desirable:


Knowledge of domain (healthcare, BFSI, T&M)
