Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Elena Bajic

She has appeared on CNBC’s ‘Squawk On The Street’ and Reuters’ Entrepreneur’s Edge. She earned her MBA from Columbia Business School and her B.A. from Brown University.

VP & General Manager of Professional Services, Alex Baranpuria

As Vice President and General Manager, Alex is responsible for the formulation and oversight of Ivy Exec's business development and membership acquisition strategy. Through this role, he oversees the strategy and development of new strategic partnerships, and manages internal projects for Ivy Exec's marketing, business development, technology, and operations units to ensure rapid product development, effective operations, and fulfilling the online user experience for the professional services customer base.

Prior to joining Ivy Exec, Alex took part in the highly selective and prestigious Teach For America program. Alex holds a B.S. from Duke University, and holds a seat on the Alumni Board of Directors for his high school, the North Carolina School of Science and Mathematics.

Chief Content Editor, Gayle Rigione

As our Chief Content Editor, Gayle spearheads Ivy Exec efforts to consistently deliver high quality content to our growing community of professionals and employers. She also provides project management support for mission critical corporate development projects. Gayle brings broad and deep corporate and non-profit management experience to the Ivy Exec team.

Prior to joining Ivy Exec, Gayle spent 15 years in diverse relationship management and consulting roles at MasterCard International Inc., Arthur Andersen Strategic Services (now Accenture), and Bankers Trust Company (now Deutsche Bank.) In her role as Senior Vice President, Office of the CEO, at MasterCard International, she worked directly for the CEO on assignments of significant strategic importance to the company. Additionally, Gayle has raised significant funding for numerous non-profit organizations and has served as a Director for various non-profit boards. She received her MBA from Columbia University and her BA from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Gayle Rigione

VP & Director of Recruiting, Barbara Zimmerman

Barbara serves in business development and managing client engagements within Executive Search Practice, bringing twenty years of experience in talent acquisition (and retention) strategies. She leads Media and Advertising client initiatives and works with Consulting, Finance and Professional Services assignments.

Barbara helped build the original, global media practice within Korn/Ferry International. She has served within A.T. Kearny’s global media practice and within well-regarded boutique firms, including her own. Barbara offers the duality of having been a seller and buyer of executive talent services. She managed executive talent needs for 5,000 domestic employees as Senior Vice-President, PolyGram, Inc. and for 15,000 global employees as Vice-President, Talent Resources, within Young & Rubicam, Inc.

Barbara has a BA, Communications from Monmouth University.

Barbara-Zimmerman

Director of Marketing, Sandia Trent

Sandia Trent heads Ivy Exec’s marketing team, leading all e-commerce, digital production, online customer acquisition, customer retention and customer loyalty efforts. Working alongside the CEO and Product Management/Development teams, she plays a key role in formulating the strategy and vision for Ivy Exec’s product roadmap and future direction. As Director of Marketing, Sandia works to constantly improve the conversion process, brainstorm new campaign ideas, and test creative, content and media.

Sandia is an experienced and consistent marketer, adept at creating and leading highly successful acquisition, retention, social media and email campaigns. Prior to working at Ivy Exec, Sandia held marketing management roles at various successful internet companies such as Vimeo and Mindspark. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Columbia University.

Greg-Olsten

Lead Developer, Arpad Hasnos

Arpad leads, guides and oversees the system development activities of the Ivy Exec team, implementing new or significant changes to existing applications and services. He has the technical ownership including integrity and continuity of the applications in scope.

Prior to joining Ivy Exec, Arpad worked as a software engineer for a Web 2.0 start up. He holds a M.Sc. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Novi Sad.

Arpad-Hasnos

Senior Marketing Manager, Meredith LeNoir

Meredith manages Ivy Exec's customer acquisition strategy and retention marketing programs. Responsible for the company's overall marketing strategy, she utilizes the many available online marketing outlets such as email marketing, social media, and promotions. Meredith holds a BS from New York University's Stern School of Business, and prior to Ivy Exec worked in media planning/buying.

Senior Resume Specialist, Staci Collins

Staci Collins has over 15 years of experience partnering with managers at all levels in High Technology, Management Consulting and Healthcare Management to build their careers via career strategy, career assessment and selection, brand identification, PAR development and mapping, and strategic resume and cover letter development. She’s collaborated with over 1000 managers to identify and achieve their career objectives.

Prior to joining Ivy Exec, Staci worked at top-tier companies such as Accenture and Ernst & Young in change management, human resources, and strategic planning. She received her MBA from the Haas School of Business, University of California, and Bachelor of Arts from Harvard.

Manager, Professional Services, Greg Olsten

Greg works to regulate the content of IvyExec.com, compiling the best jobs from the best companies, and bringing them to Ivy Exec members. In addition, he takes Ivy Exec services to to top professionals around the world as part of the company's business development and membership aquisition strategy.

Prior to joining Ivy Exec, Greg earned his BA from Indiana University.

Senior Manager of Strategic Development, Mirjana Vladetic

Mirjana is the liaison between the Ivy Exec Team and the Ivy Exec Network, collecting valuable membership feedback and communicating to the Ivy Exec Network about latest features and newest developments. Additionally, Mirjana oversees the professional development training for Ivy Exec’s screening process, ensuring that our evaluation methodology is carefully utilized for every professional who requests to join Ivy Exec.

Mirjana also plays a key role for the usability testing of the Ivy Exec website, thus ensuring that we fulfill our commitment to provide the best online job search experience for our members. Prior to joining Ivy Exec, Mirjana worked in Sales/Management for a leading software development company. She holds BA from University of Belgrade.
