About the Presenter
May Busch joined Morgan Stanley as a Financial Analyst and advanced through more than 10 different roles across two continents over a 24-year career, culminating in her role as Chief Operating Officer for Morgan Stanley in Europe, Middle East and Africa.
Following her successful investment banking career, May is now a speaker, advisor and executive coach who works with leaders and their organizations on leadership development, organizational strategy and career success.
May’s mission is to help people accelerate their time to success by sharing the unique perspective she has gained – mostly the hard way – from her global experiences in one of the most competitive industries in the world. She offers master classes, keynotes, consulting and executive coaching to high-potential and high-performance leaders and their teams.
May is a graduate of Harvard Business School, a Professor of Practice at W.P. Carey School of Business, and Senior Advisor in the Office of the President at Arizona State University.
