Building a Corporate Strategy for Today and the Future

About the class

Managers know they need to create a sustainable competitive advantage. However, in today's rapidly changing environment, organizations can stay ahead only if they constantly build new strategic initiatives and exploit temporary advantages.

Ivy Exec and our partners at the Purdue University Krannert School of Management's Executive Education Programs (USA) and Tias School for Business and Society (the Netherlands) are excited to bring you a unique Master Class to help tackle the challenge of staying innovative in a fast-moving economy. In this class, we will explore some of the obstacles confronting organizations that need to balance the exploitation of existing advantages and the exploration of new opportunities. We will identify and discuss the organizational capabilities that firms need to develop if they want to establish a healthy portfolio of strategic initiatives. We will also identify the implications for leaders.
