Cultivate a Nonstop Success Mentality in the Face of Change

About the class

It’s human nature to want to be cozy and comfortable. When we confront the big shifts of returning to work, seeking a career redirection, getting promoted, or moving into leadership, it’s natural for fears and doubts to arise, especially when you encounter setbacks, delays, and disappointments. You may be saying  to yourself:

  • “Am I good enough?"
  • “Will a company ever hire me?”
  • “Wow, Other people seem so much more qualified than me.”

Learn pragmatic the strategic perspectives, psychological tools, and micro-shifts of your body that will help you develop a non-stop success mentality.

You will:

  • Discover how to harness the power of your mind as a forward moving force for good as you seek new work, go for a promotion, or shift into a new role
  • Learn quick-acting, easy hacks to shift out of fear, doubt, frustration, despair, or any other difficult emotion
  • Create your own repertoire of strategies to keep moving forward in your job search or career elevating move with greater ease and inspiration.

Learn to use the three minds that we all have — the negative, the positive, and the neutral — along with your body’s wisdom, to keep going, even when the going seems tough.
