About the Presenter

James Wu is a certified Executive and Leadership Coach at Columbia Business School and advises Executive MBA students on all areas of leadership development and career strategy. He helps clients apply rigorous frameworks to develop customized and practical plans to improve leadership capabilities and fulfill their career aspirations. Prior to joining Columbia, James was a management consultant at Deloitte, where he focused on strategy and innovation projects in the high tech and human capital space, and spearheaded numerous talent development and coaching programs. He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA in Economics from Yale University. James earned his leadership coaching certification from Columbia University Teachers College.
