Developing Meta Leadership in the 4th Industrial Revolution

About the class

Contrary to popular belief, studies have repeatedly shown that people do not always learn from experience, that expertise does not help people root out false information, or that seeing ourselves as highly experienced can keep us from doing our homework, looking for feedback, and questioning our assumptions.

In fact, merely being self aware does not necessarily translate into insight or wisdom. Developing next level “meta” awareness and insight is key to augmenting the kind of leader efficacy that is necessary to lead in the increasingly VUCA world of the 4th Industrial Revolution.

Watch this webinar, led by Kent Rhodes, EdD, Practitioner Lecturer of Applied Behavioral Sciences of the Pepperdine University Graziadio Business School, as he discusses the importance of meta leadership development.
