Disruptive innovations –  those shifts from traditional, “right” ways of conducting business to seemingly new radical approaches - have become daily challenges for businesses around the world. Research tells us these disruptions will not be letting up any time soon and in fact, have become the new normal.  

In this webinar, senior executives and managers are challenged to navigate the world of constant disruption by developing six key mindsets that can disrupt their own business-as-usual approach to success.

About the Presenter

Dr. Kent Rhodes serves as a core faculty member with Pepperdine Graziadio Business School’s executive programs, particularly with the Master of Science in Organizational Development as well as the Pepperdine Graduate School of Education and Psychology’s Ph.D. Program in Global Leadership and Change. He teaching emphasis is in leadership, OD, culture, and change.

Kent is an entrepreneur who maintains a successful consulting practice for a variety of privately-held enterprises. He is an expert in global family businesses working as a Senior Consultant with The Family Business Consulting Group based in Chicago, implementing executive leadership development and parallel strategic planning for families and their businesses around the world.

Before joining the Pepperdine faculty, Rhodes founded and served as Chief Executive Officer of OnCourse Network, Inc., an Internet Education Company. He successfully negotiated the sale of the company to a Silicon Valley publicly traded corporation and subsequently served as a principal with that company in San Jose, California. 

In addition to his experience in Organization and Leadership Development, Kent brings expertise to the application of increasing leadership effectiveness in organizations and leaders’ influence on everything from ethical decision making to achieving triple bottom line results.
