Gender Equity: Building an Inclusive Organization

About the class

A diverse workforce is a business imperative in an increasingly global economy. Without it, our work environment is likely to be unproductive and lack innovative thinking.

In today’s business world, women occupy only a minor portion of leadership. This is why it is critically important to develop a working environment that enables women to develop and improve their leadership skills.

Watch this webinar, led by Bernice Ledbetter, EdD of the Pepperdine University Graziadio Business School, as she focuses on the importance of advancing women in leadership through creating a culture of inclusion.

This session will cover:

   •   The benefits of inclusion;

   •   Ethical and moral dimensions of inclusion;

   •   Exclusion;

   •   Strategies for advancing gender equity.
