IE Brown Executive MBA -Virtual Information Session Two

About the class

The 21st century manager must engage with complex organizations, collaborate with international teams, and influence individuals from diverse backgrounds. To achieve these goals successfully, a traditional approach to managerial education may no longer be sufficient.

Combining IE’s strength in practice-oriented management education and Brown’s excellence in the humanities, social-, biological- and physical sciences, the two schools created the jointly awarded IE Brown Executive MBA degree with a single purpose: to develop well-rounded managers and entrepreneurs who do not shy away from difficult questions and can therefore be change agents in their organizations, industries, and communities.

This programmatic integration develops key skill sets allowing participants to think beyond the need for an immediate solution and focus on strategic success. Graduates, as reflective leaders, will be able to draw on critical thinking skills, ethical business practices, and apply an entrepreneurial mindset with the agility and versatility demanded by today’s business environment.
