Design Thinking is a human-centered approach to innovation that applies tools from the design disciplines, which aims is to create meaningful solutions by integrating the needs of people, the possibilities of technology, and the requirements for business success.

About the Presenter

Guido Charosky - Innovation & Design consultant, Co-Founder at Drop-Design for Innovation

Guido Charosky is an Industrial Designer (UBA), has a Masters Degree in Innovation (UPC), and a Postgraduate in Business Management (EOI). He is co-founder of Drop-Design for Innovation, a consulting firm focused on user experience innovation through design thinking for creating unique products & services. Before founding Drop, Guido has worked at HP as User Experience Design Lead, at Danone in the Marketing Innovation Department and in strategic consulting leading innovation projects for Indra, Coca-Cola, Imaginarium & Comexi among others. He is also Design Thinking & Innovation lecturer at ESADE.

Lotta Hassi, Academic Director Design Thinking for Business Innovation, ESADE Business School

Lotta's areas of interest are innovation, product development and design thinking. Her research focuses on how to support organizations in applying design-approaches to their innovation practices. She has a specific interest in the approaches of rough prototyping and early experimentation when developing new products and services. In her research she collaborates closely with companies to develop practices and methods for the front end of the innovation process.
