About the Presenter

As an organizational psychologist, Adam Grant has been Wharton’s top-rated professor numerous times, and recognized as one of the world’s 10 most influential management thinkers and one of Fortune’s 40 Under 40. His new book, Think Again, is a #1 New York Times bestseller. Grant received his BA from Harvard University and his PhD from the University of Michigan.

Wharton School Dean Erika H. James is a leading expert on crisis leadership, workplace diversity and management strategy. Prior to her appointment at Wharton, Dean James was the John H. Harland Dean at Emory University’s Goizueta Business School. Known internationally, Dean James has been quoted as an expert thought leader by the Wall Street Journal, MSNBC, CNN.com and numerous other media outlets. She holds a Ph.D. and Master’s degree in organizational psychology from the University of Michigan, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in psychology from Pomona College of the Claremont Colleges in California.
