Leadership Secrets Every Superboss Should Know

About the class

Leadership is not about being in charge, it’s about empowering the people who are in your charge. In highly effective organizations, there are leaders at every level. Imagine a workplace where everyone engages and contributes, a place where people are healthier and happier because they have more say over their work–a place where everyone is a leader. The secret to achieving greatness and giving others the ability and freedom to soar? Act more like a coach. This webinar will teach you how to become a more coach-like leader. In doing so, you'll be able to tap into the latent power and unlock the potential of your team, creating environments where people contribute, feel valued and become the leaders they were meant to be, freeing you up to do the same.

In this webinar we will:
• Think afresh about what leadership means
• Practice language that empowers your people
• Learn how to create a culture of feedback
• Learn how to drive results collaboratively

This webinar will help you help your team achieve their fullest potential by creating an environment where people actively engage and thrive.
