Leading With the Brain in Mind: A 5-Step Model

About the class

In our highly connected information society we depend more and more on our “thinking power” to function optimally in life and at work. But when our context is complex, uncertain and always changing staying in tune with our brain can be a true challenge.

We often seem to be driven by instinctive reactions, instead of our rational thinking. Neuroscience has found that there are certain non- negotiable facts about the brain that we need to know to avoid disconnect, defensiveness and destructive behaviour at work. Instead of being hijacked by our deeply engrained neural habits, we can learn to follow five simple rules, that will keep our brain at its best.

Join us on this webinar as we dive into five neuroscience findings that allow you to lead with the brain in mind. You will take away specific recommendations both for yourself and your role as a leader that are tailored to the work environment and allow for a realistic step-by-step implementation.
