The decision around how you spend your working life is critically important. You may not be able to control all the circumstances that impact upon your life, but you can influence the direction your life is going to, even in uncertain times. 

In this webinar, Marc Beretta, Academic Director at HEC Paris and a Master Certified Coach (MCC) by the International Coaching Federation, will help you step back and think around how to proceed in order to make some potential changes in short or medium terms.

About the Presenter

Marc Beretta, Irish and French (dual citizenship) with Italian and Greek roots, is a Master Certified Coach (MCC) by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). He worked in Managerial Positions in Finance for demanding companies, such as Nomura Securities, Arthur Andersen and Louis Vuitton-Moët-Hennessy for 15 years before radically changing his career and becoming an Executive Coach 15 years ago. Now, he is a Master Certified Coach and he has been coaching Organizations, Teams, Executives and Managers on various topics, including change management. Marc has been teaching Management & Leadership, and Personal Development to Executives at HEC Paris since 2009; he is an Academic Director there. He is an Academic member of various programs, such as the TRIUM -NYU-LSE-HEC- Global Executive MBA program, or the 100% online Master’s of Science in Innovation and Entrepreneurship (MSIE) program. Marc is the founder and the CEO of Inis alga (www.inisalga.com), a coaching Company based in 6 countries. He likes harmony and believes that small changes can make a big difference.
