One of the biggest problems that leaders face is creating a collaborative, cohesive team environment. Join IE Professor Dr. Balvinder Singh Powar, mediator of hundreds of successful cases, as he shares his experience in the field and how you can apply that to your own career and personal life.

Become an ace at not only solving conflicts and disputes, but at learning through each mediating experience. In this presentation, Dr. Powar will share tools and approaches to learn how to communicate and motivate more effectively.

We will additionally explore how to influence and persuade conversations, especially through the use of active listening and breaking a conversation into digestible parts.
