Navigating Ethical Blind Spots

Navigating Ethical Blind Spots

The world today has become fast and furious – with competition, uncertainty, and hyper-connectivity reaching unprecedented levels. There is constant pressure to either Perform or Perish. In such a context where it is almost impossible to pause and reflect, decision-making is becoming increasingly difficult, and one direct consequence of this is the danger of ethical traps.

Recent examples of fallen heroes and failed organizations are galore. In this interactive webinar, we will explore:

  • Why is it that well-intentioned good people – like you, your bosses, and employees – end up doing bad things?
  • What role does the human mind play in this?
  • How do powerful situations and organizations systems – often without our conscious awareness - push us down the slippery slopes? Finally, what steps can managers take to lead themselves, their teams, and organizations through ethical complexities?

Dr. Kriti Jain will combine recent business case examples, lessons from psychology, and her own research to provide simple and powerful techniques to becoming ethically-fit leaders.
