Tammy L. Madsen (Ph.D., UCLA) is a Professor of Strategic Management and Innovation and a former Associate Dean at the Leavey School of Business, Santa Clara University (SCU). She serves on several Boards and teaches in the areas of strategy, digital transformation and innovation in the MBA, Executive MBA, and Executive Development programs at SCU where she has received Extraordinary Faculty Awards for her teaching, research and service contributions as well as the University President’s Special Recognition. Tammy also holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering (UC Santa Barbara) and a M.S. in Systems Management (USC). She worked as a design engineer and program manager at Delco Electronics, General Motors. In her downtime, you’ll find her surfing or ocean swimming.
Jo-Ellen Pozner (Ph.D., Kellogg) is an Assistant Professor of Management and Entrepreneurship at Santa Clara University's Leavey School of Business. She was on faculty at the Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley prior to joining SCU. Jo-Ellen regularly teaches classes on Leading People and Strategic Business Negotiation for MBAs and executives, as well as Corporate Governance, Ethics, and Organizational Culture. She also holds an MBA from the Stern School of Business; a Masters in Economics from the School of Advanced International Studies, Johns Hopkins University; and a BSFS in International Economics from the School of Foreign Service, Georgetown University.
