Sarita Soldz is a senior leader in the Career Management and Corporate Relations Department at the University of Texas McCombs School of Business. She currently serves as Senior Director, Career Education & Coaching for Working Professionals and Alumni. Sarita is passionate about helping others reach their full potential and is most proud of her leadership coaching to help others find meaningful work, lead a joyful life, and change the world. As a former marketing director and HR professional, her approach leverages curiosity, keen listening, and a creative mindset to help teams and organizations transform and flourish. She is a professional certified leadership coach (ICF PCC),  is the recipient of her former company’s pinnacle Chairman’s Award for Leadership, and holds degrees from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management (MBA) and the University of Virginia (BS).
