Infrastructure has become an asset class in its own right in recent years, with investment flooding in both directly and through private equity funds.
Join us for a webinar run by Denis Gromb, the Antin I.P. Chair Professor of Finance at HEC Paris and in which he will explore:
Professor Gromb will use Antin I.P., a private equity firm that targets brownfield infrastructure investments in Europe, as a case study. He will dedicate particular attention to its 2012 acquisition of over 2,000 cell towers from telecom giant Bouygues Telecom - an investment that was eventually abandoned in 2015.
Although it is not a requirement, we recommend reading the case study (that you will receive upon registration) before the webinar.
