Tackling Difficult Conversations Effectively

About the class

Our natural tendency is to avoid difficult conversations and the challenges, fears, and anxieties they present. Unfortunately, ignoring important issues does nothing to help resolve them and can often lead to bigger problems and resentments that undermine relationships.

Join us for this webinar, led by Dr. Stan Harris, Associate Dean of the Harbert College of Business at Auburn University, as we discuss:

- How to reframe difficult conversations as opportunities to both honestly address problems and build stronger, more open relationships

- Techniques to encourage open dialogue and mutual trust in pursuit of joint problem solving

The webinar will help participants build the courage to proactively tackle difficult issues and effectively plan and execute the conversations needed to positively address those issues.
