Bikram Ghosh is an associate professor in the Department of Marketing in the Eller College of Management at the University of Arizona, which he joined in 2013. His research focuses on analytical models of marketing with a focus on firm pricing strategy and competition, social movements and the effect of user generated reviews of products on firm competition and strategy, and he has been published in Management Science, Marketing Science, Decision Sciences and elsewhere. He teaches courses in advanced analytics/CRM and relationship marketing. He earned his PhD from Purdue University.
