Wharton Women at the Top: A Conversation with WEMBA Alumnae in the C-Suite

About the class

There are more women in senior level leadership today than ever before, yet still only 8.8% of all Fortune 500 companies have women CEOs. In today’s world, it is crucial that we investigate why women are underrepresented at this level and how to empower more women to lead.

Watch Wharton MBA Program for Executives alumnae Eleanor Herrin, CFO at Allplants, and Erin Armendinger, CEO at Compass Experience Labs, for a conversation about their journey to and impact in the C-suite.

This event was moderated by Alex Baranpuria, Co-Founder & Chief Growth Officer of Ivy Exec.
